Lex is a 5-year old border collie hailing from Dillon, Montana. Lex spent his puppy-hood on a ranch where he learned that there are much better things to do than herd cattle, like smelling trees, lying in the shade under said trees, OH LOOK, SQUIRREL!, chasing birds, and playing with friends. Due to his lack of interest in the chosen profession of his employer, he soon found himself at the Dillon animal shelter. Luckily, Lex's ship soon sailed by in the form of an old red pickup truck and he quickly adjusted to a life of adventure and no work. Although herding cattle isn't all that fun, Lex quickly discovered that chasing a bike down some good single track or running down the mountain on a powder day is a blast! Lex's passion is romping through the mountains, forests, and snow with his friends and family while remaining as cute as possible.
While not following William on one of his adventures, Lex enjoys sleeping, eating, lying on your feet, eating, running around like a maniac with a tennis ball in his mouth, eating, belly rubs, oh and did I mention eating? Things Lex does not enjoy include the neighbors, swimming, black labs, and keeping track of his toys.
